Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Jiu Jitsu<\/strong> was started about 2,500 years ago by Buddhist monks. As fragile nomads, they were often mistreated by others because of their religion. They couldn’t use weapons, so they developed a form of self-defense based on the study of animal movements. The main force is leverage, which allows a much weaker individual to overcome a stronger and heavier opponent. This fighting style traveled quickly through Asia before reaching Japan, where it became a fighting style for samurai warriors who had the job of defending their elders with their lives if necessary. Jiu Jitsu stood out for its characteristics of balance and flexibility to overcome brute force. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Mixed Martial Arts

Mixed Martial Arts or MMA is a fighting style that combines a large number of fighting styles into a full-contact sport with few restrictions regarding rules. These include punches, kicks, throws, and ground fighting. The latter also allows punching and kicking, which is the main difference from other full-contact sports.Punching and kicking techniques originate mainly from Taekwondo, Muay Thai, boxing, kickboxing, and karate. Grappling and ground fighting techniques have been adopted mainly from judo, wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and sambo. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Kickboxing is a dynamic, competition-oriented martial art that has evolved from a combination of effective combat techniques from various martial arts such as boxing and Far Eastern kicking techniques, especially Tae Kwon Do. It can be learned quickly. <\/p>

This sport can be practiced by anyone. In kickboxing, punching and kicking techniques are cushioned with boxing gloves, shin guards, and also head protection, so you can fight without injury. <\/p>

Kickboxing is, therefore, a competitive sport and an effective form of self-defense. Muay Thai is a competitive sport that offers a realistic form of self-defense and a great fitness program. Especially the use of knee and elbow techniques allows women to successfully defend themselves against an attacker.The number of Muay Thai enthusiasts has increased considerably in the last 20 years. This can be seen especially in grassroots sports, where participation in competitions is not the main focus. For many active athletes, Muay Thai is a great sport to stay in shape or to learn realistic self-defense. Since its foundation, the Aranha Association has been committed to creating a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school accessible to young people.<\/p>

As it is a very complete and versatile sport, where height and weight are not limited, any child can train with us from the age of 4.We primarily propose an introduction to the activity through educational games, which allow for better motor coordination and better body management in space.<\/p>

The technical and motor complexity of this activity is much easier for children to overcome. They will see how they gain strength, agility, control, concentration, and self-esteem while playing. <\/p>
